What's included

Every Compliance Layer Specific to IT and Professional Services

Each requirement below runs on its own rules. We manage all of them under one team.

SIN selection for IT and professional services

We map your offering to the correct Special Item Numbers, such as IT Professional Services or Management and Financial Consulting, so contracting officers searching by category can actually find you.

Labor category rate development

We build labor category rates tied to your commercial pricing practices, documented in a way that holds up under GSA's price reasonableness review.

FedRAMP awareness for cloud and SaaS

Not every cloud product needs FedRAMP authorization, but some federal buyers require it before they can purchase. We flag when it applies to your offering.

Section 508 accessibility documentation

Federal IT buyers require accessibility conformance documentation before award. We prepare it as part of your offer.

Legacy "Schedule 70" positioning

GSA consolidated all 24 legacy schedules into one MAS in 2019, but many federal buyers still search using the old IT Schedule 70 name. We keep your listing discoverable under both.

One category, every requirement covered

IT and Professional Services carries more compliance layers than most categories on the Schedule. We manage SIN selection, rate development, and the accessibility and cloud authorization requirements that come with it.

Labor Category Rates

Built to survive price reasonableness review, not just proposed.

FedRAMP & 508

Flagged early, before they stall a proposal.

Why it matters now

"Schedule 70" still drives search behavior

GSA folded IT Schedule 70 into the single MAS in 2019, but the old name never disappeared from how federal buyers search. A listing using only current terminology can miss buyers still searching the old way.

Price reasonableness review catches vague rate justification

A labor category rate without documented commercial pricing behind it is one of the most common reasons a service-based offer stalls in review.

Cloud offerings carry authorization requirements product listings do not

A SaaS or cloud product can be technically excellent and still be ineligible for certain federal purchases without the right authorization.

Find out which SINs and requirements fit your offering

IT and professional services SINs overlap more than most categories. We'll tell you exactly which ones apply to what you sell, and what documentation each one requires.

Common questions

GSA IT Schedule Contract Support, answered directly

Is GSA IT Schedule 70 still a separate contract?

No. GSA consolidated all 24 legacy schedules, including IT Schedule 70, into a single Multiple Award Schedule in 2019. The category still gets referred to by its old name informally, which is why we keep listings discoverable under both terms.

Do I need FedRAMP authorization to sell software to the federal government?

Only if you are selling a cloud service, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS, to an agency that requires it for that specific use case. On-premise software and many professional services do not require it. We help determine whether it applies to your offering.

How are labor category rates set?

Rates need to tie back to your commercial pricing practices and survive GSA's price reasonableness review. We help build the supporting documentation instead of just proposing a number.

What is the difference between IT and professional services SINs?

IT SINs cover technical services like software development, cybersecurity, and IT support. Professional services SINs cover consulting, financial, and management services. Many firms qualify under both, and we help determine the right mix.
